Feel like giving up….. 😞

so I have been working out for months now.. trying to lose this belly pooch and extra weight around my belly area. I do ab workouts along with treadmill for 60-80mins (depending on how tired I am).. 5-6x week and I eat healthy! I drink water, sometimes not a lot but I'm not noticing any difference in my belly area & it's really depressing.. makes me feel like what I'm doing is wrong.

Any tips on how to lose the belly pooch?!
