I think i have thrush on my nipples so talked to OB abt it and was told to use diaper rash cream on my nipples, but that had to be washed off every time i would feed or pump. So i opted for organic coconut oil, bc coconut oil's antifungal properties to get rid of yeast problems. My question is to any moms out there that have opted for the coconut oil route, how long did it take using coconut oil to get rid of your thrush? Pls feel free to comment and lmk, and will gladly read other recommendations as well.
