Does amoxicillin cause fatigue

My 18 month old has been taking amoxicillin for 3 days and usually she will nap 1-2 hours a day but now she’s taking 2 naps about 2 1/2 hours each.

It's normal to sleep like that when the body is recovering from whatever illness caused the need for antibiotics

Being sick and healing can certainly make one sleepy. So can a growth spurt.

It shouldn’t but maybe it’s doing it’s magic and relieving her of whatever she had and her body is working to recover
