Any other really anxious moms out there struggling with a top heavy baby?

My little dude is really tall and has a giant head. He’s great at sitting himself up but has recently been falling over backwards a lot. He also is trying to pull himself up on everything and inevitably falls backward. He’s usually on carpet or his play mat but there’s still quite a thud and he starts screaming immediately. He calms down pretty quickly and goes back to smiling and crawling around but it kills me every time.

How are people dealing with this? I’m already generally anxious and don’t even want to think about him standing up.
