Weight lose

Hi ladies! I have a Quick question. I’ve been trying to lose weight for a long time I go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week. But the past month I been losing it. before I weighed 247and 246. And now I’m weighing anywhere between 237 and 236. I’m worried that I’m losing too much and I’m worried that there’s something wrong with me. But I have had a lot of change in the past month get a new job and a lot of stress and I’m trying to get stable back but it’s hard. What do y’all thing?

That’s normal I lost 10lbs by just eating right.

Start drinking apple cider vinegar with water 2x daily. It helps with digestion I lost 60lbs doing this.

You go girl. I have tried that it never worked for me. But I guess my body just finally realizing that I can let all this go I don’t know I’ve been going to the gym for about two years three or four days a week. And now I guess it’s just starting to come off I have no idea. I’ve been really stressed lately though.
