Heaviness in uterus

I’m 15w today. For the past two days I’ve felt a weird sensation in my lower abdomen/uterus that feels heavy and tight. I can’t really fully describe it. It doesn’t feeling like cramps or contractions, there’s no pain, but it’s pretty constant. I don’t remember feeling this way with my son, but that was 5 years ago, so it’s hard to compare. Maybe my C-section scar is stretching. Anyone else feeling this way? My anxiety gets the best of me, especially after previous losses and then a subchorionic hemorrhage with this baby a few weeks ago. 😖
