So my most fertile day is Monday. I have heard it is best to have sex every other day while trying to get pregnant. Would it be best to have sex Sunday and Tuesday or Monday and Wednesday? Please help!

During your fertile time, I would try to bd everyday. If your OH has sperm issues then that is when you may want to do every other day. On the sperm meets egg plan, they say to do every other day from about cd8 then every day during fertile period then to miss a day and then bd again one more time (google sperm meets egg plan for more info). I honestly did the deed or baby danced haha every day! From what I've read, sex  everyday does not decrease sperm count like previously thought. You could always consult your doctor for a more accurate answer though.
