My OPK and BBT aren’t matching?
According to my OPKs, I didn’t ovulate until yesterday. But I didn’t see a big spike in temp today, only a small one
Whereas earlier in the month I did get a big spike but no positive OPK.
This is my first time TTC and BBT charting, but I’m so confused. It seems like the two methods are telling me two different things.
