Baby acne? 6 week old

Does this look like baby acne ? I didn’t think it would grow on the ear? Any remedies to clear it up ?

My little guy has baby acne on his face, chest, scalp, ears too… poor guy! The good thing about baby acne is that it’s very normal and you really don’t have to do anything, just wipe his face and ears (anywhere affected) with some warm water and a little bit of mild baby wash on a washcloth. Some breast milk if you’re nursing can also help, just drop some on and massage it into the skin. 
It will go away with time! My doctor said it almost never lasts past 3 months old.
