You can eat it. Everything is fine in moderation.
My doctor only told me no drugs, alcohol, or raw meat. 
I survived off lunch meat. I ate medium rare steaks. I ate salads. I ate what I could keep down. 
Most of the don’t eat crap is outdated.

I ate it both pregnancies. 🙄 I dont think they realize how ignorant these "you cant eat" lists are sorry but I ate what I wanted and have two happy healthy kids.

It's fine to eat. I've been craving salmon sushi and I eat that once a week or so. Sushi grade fish in the US is flash frozen so no worries about parasites and I don't like tuna so no worries about mercury.

31 weeks, eating beef Jerky and drinking a dt. Pepsi waiting outside the doctors office since I got here a few minutes early. 
I eat our local made beef Jerky cuz I know it's real meat. That other beef jerky has a bunch of additional stuff I just don't like. 
This isn't a pregnancy choice tho, I love our local Jerky compared to commercial.
