Placenta question

This is my 2nd. With my 1st I feel like I was feeling her more (flutters of course but more frequently) at this point than I do with this one. I have only felt flutters maybe few times with this one and it’s light enough that I think I’m crazy when I feel it. I’m 15+4 if I had an anterior placenta would that be something they told me at the 1st ultrasound or not until the anatomy scan. I don’t remember them telling me where it was with my 1st. Just feeling a little anxious. We tried for 3 years for our 1st and never thought we’d be surprised. We thought if we decided on another it would be just as difficult. So this has me on edge.
