would be upset if your bf played video games from the second he got off of work to when he went to bed with his friends every single day? not one day or few hours spent with you? 
im all for letting him have his hobby but I wish he’d want to spend a lil time w me. I feel like his last resort when he’s bored/has no game to play/friends aren’t available.

I don’t date gamers for this reason alone, because it’s very difficult for them to separate themselves from the game, in reality they are in a relationship with the game, and you are a back up plan. It’s time to even have a talk with him, or chuck that game system out the window and run it over with your car lol. I would have a talk with him, see if he can find a balance, or it’s clearly not the relationship for you.

My husband once did this and eventually I left and before I did he threw the whole game system away in efforts to keep me but we separated anyway and he eventually got it together.

Most definitely. I’d have a conversation with him about it, if nothing changed then I’d leave. I don’t care, I should come before video games 🤡 why are you even in a relationship when you can’t even spend time with your lady/give her attention…huge turn off.

My fiancé plays a little but when he’s with me, it’s me & him….. nothing else. Not saying he can’t do anything else when we’re together but like video games are the last thing on his mind. I read the line "from the time he got off work to the time he goes to sleep with his friends" ... and i was like wait what?? Had to re-read it lol. My husband plays a lot of games, but I have an inner gamer inside me too, so I understand.
 But hes gotten more reasonable over the years lol, will take breaks to cook or let us watch something so I don't get as annoyed as I used to. I do my own thing when he games. If he ignores me when Ive asked him to do something is the only time it annoys me.

He should be MAKING time for you, he should WANT to see you, not him seeing you when he has the time. 
It sounds like he has some growing up to do, I had issues with that with ex's. Tell him how your feeling, because that's not how relationships work.
