Hi I'm really new in this and I have a question with my period .. I just started yesterday morning. I'm at a young age and I don't know much about this. I seen a dr and everything they said I'm fine. But when I get my period they are really heavy as you guys like to say it. It's to much for someone small like me and I been feeling really dizzy, feeling like throwing up and can't really eat, and my cramps have been getting worst and worst everytime I get it. Is there anything I can try taking or something?
