Stressing out

So im almost 14 weeks. At my 8 week ultrasound my due date got pushed back. A whole week. Well than at 12 weeks 1 day I had a scare in the middle of the night blood filled my underwear and a gush when I sat in the toilet. It was done after that. I had some spotting. I went to the drs the next day and they checked and found babies heartbeat and because I wasn’t cramping or bleeding still they believed everything was fine. We checked my hcg levels and they were at 65,000 2 days later at 62,000 but I was told not to worry but take it very easy. Almost bedrest but not going to tell me to do nothing just yet. I’ve called back everytime I’m nervous. I’ve had so much brown discharge and cramping here and there since than. I had a private scan done a few days after everything started. But I’m just scared things aren’t doing okay. Does anyone have good things to say about this? Am I worrying for no reason?
