Tell me I’m not going crazy

I have been trying not to think about it considering when we thought we were expecting back in November last year and then told we weren’t I was concerned that it wouldn’t happen for a while but for some reason this morning I decided to take a test since I’m about a week and half late for my period (which has been normal since stopping BC) but I was not expecting this! Tell me I’m not crazy?

Feeling sick as heck,tender boobs,heartburn, and been grumpy a lot
