Unexplained infertility & 1 embryo

My husband and I are both 33 years old. We started TTC 2 years ago. We’ve gone through Clomid/trigger cycles, injectable IUIs, and now we’re in IVF treatment. We take fertility supplements, eat organically, and I have gone to acupuncture for over a year. I’m at a loss for what else we can to improve our odds.

From our IVF cycle, initially we had 18 eggs retrieved, only 6 were mature enough to fertilize, 5 were successfully fertilized, and only 1 embryo matured to blastocyst. Now our embryo is getting genetically tested. (Please help us pray for our embryo).

We meet with our RE on Tuesday (todays Sunday) and I’m trying to prepare questions to ask or understand what else we can do. None of our test results have shown poor egg quality or low egg reserves, but as I research, our situation seems like my egg quality isn’t good and that’s why we’ve lost so many from retrieval.

Has anyone done testing to get answers on unexplained infertility?

Has anyone experienced results like this?

I’m trying to be as prepared as I can, but I’m so nervous about our embryo and so frustrated with these results so far.
