Anyone temp vaginally or rectum?
Need some tips . I have regular cycles and haven’t been able to confirm ovulation orally with bbt unfortunately but af comes on Everytime . Starting to think i should do fertility testing but I’ve only been tracking bbt and opk for 3 months but i haven’t been preventing pregnancy by any means for over a year .
