white girl friends flirt with husband

My husband is Latino and I’m white (Italian background). I have a couple white female friends that got way too comfortable with my husband and start talking about sex when we’re all together or drink a lot and dance around him. He doesn’t ask for it or approach it- they literally just start. They also have their number and talk to them. I’ve seen the texts so it isn’t anything bad but they are comfortable enough to add him and reach out to him if I don’t answer my phone to hang out. They reach out to me first and then they call him. I have Latina friends and they NEVER flirt with him or talk to him about sex. When they want to talk about their sex life they just talk about with me alone and not my husband around so I don’t know if it’s culture difference or I’m uptight/jealous but I don’t find that behavior normal at all because I would never do any of that to my friends even if their husbands are super friendly I’ll be friendly back but not bring up sexual things to call/text. My female friends are MY friends and their husbands are the husbands and I keep it at that. My sister recommends that these girls are not normal and to drop them ASAP and to make room for decent friends not trashy sluts.

Also this isn’t about being racist or anything because I am white myself but I just want to better understand if the American culture is more open than Latino or the women are little different. I am Italian American and I feel we are very similar to Hispanic culture and I’m more old school so I really don’t appreciate those sexual conversations unless it’s between two girls (girl code).

@Allie my husband never gives in to these convos and always walks away, look on his phone or simply change the topic it makes him uncomfortable.
