Feeding & dropping nap
My baby is almost 9 months old, he has been EBF until I started pumping two months ago before returning to the office and since a month he gets three bottles of breastmilk during the day.
He nurses in the morning, evening and night and gets the bottle during the day (with milk I pumped the day before). He drinks around 350ml/12 oz while I am in the office - one bottle after each nap - three naps & bottles in total.
Sooo a week ago he dropped his third nap and we started to give him three meals per day.
Should he now have two bottles (around 175 ml/6 oz each) or continue having three bottles (around 120 ml/3 oz each)? When should the third bottle be?
And do I pump now two times instead od three in the office? Or will I decrease my supply with two pumping sessions?
I feel like there is so much time management behind when to give babies a meal/milk, so that they are hungry enough to eat/nurse.
I am kind of happy he dropped the third nap because we really struggled to have enough time between each feeding, but damnnn, no idea how to plan his milk now!
