Hey ladies! I have PCOS and recently just got my period (the first in a couple months). I was spotting for the whole month of January into part of February. My Gyno gave me a prescription to induce a period to kinda reset my cycles. When I do have normal cycles my periods are super heavy and the cramps are super painful. I don't usually pay too much attention to the tampons I buy as long as they are super plus. I usually just buy the cheapest. I recently bought U compact by Kotex. But I have gone through half a 45 pack in less than 72 hours. I've bled through almost every single tampon in about 2 hours. I've been wanting to try a cup but I have been nervous about spending that money up front if I won't like it or will constantly leak or bleed through it. So if you could just give me suggestions for your favorite period products especially for heavy flow that would help me out so much!! Thanks in advance!
