How to stop pregnancy scare?

So here it goes, I am not ready to have a baby yet. I already got my period and had a negative pregnancy test 1 month after we had sex but I still have this kind of scare. I doubt the sensitivity of the pregnancy test and I read other women's experience that they didn't know they are pregnant until they labor and stuffs. I am scared until now of the possibilities even if I already talked with my doctor and told me that I am unlikely to get pregnant. How to stop pregnancy scare?

I think it’s likely just anxiety, that situation is incredibly rare and extremely unlikely especially if you have had negative tests, a normal period and your doctor is telling you the same. Be more cautious, use good protection, I think your anxiety should ease with your next period. Do more tests if the negative result makes you feel better, the chances of getting a negative result on a test when you’d already be into your second month are so slim, I’d be inclined to believe it.
