Food and self care is the solution 😂
Yesterday was Monday…and it definitely felt like a Monday. Woke up with a headache, vomited stomach acid, I had a difficult day at work, got some terrible news on top of it and it’s just been really difficult juggling life especially while pregnant during the 1st trimester 😩 I didn’t sleep well at all last night. Today work was hard but better. I’m just extremely exhausted and I’m now just laying here sort of crying because I’m so uncomfortable (my hips and lower back 😩) 😂 but guess what I’m hungry af and I’m finally gonna get the teppanyaki I’ve been craving for weeks. It was a little extra but fuck it, I deserve it after these last couple of days and it is International Woman’s Day! So I’m treating myself to a delicious meal and also gonna have a nice bath and watch some Netflix and enjoy myself! 😊
I think it’s important to remember that sometimes we deserve to take a break, relax and treat ourselves to a lil something without feeling guilty. We do so much!!
