So Glow said I ovulated yesterday. I had my LH surge on Monday (the 7th). Does a temperature rise indicate ovulation? Or do you get a dip when ovulating and afterwards it goes up? Please help me analyze these past 3 days! Also what is this coverline for?? Been trying to look things up online but I feel like I’m just getting more confused. I check my BBT every morning between 6:15-6:30am before getting out of bed.
