Shorts for after giving birth?

Idk how to ask this or if anyone else experienced this after birth. I had a natural delivery with my first and I remember not wanting to get up and walk around much at all because it felt like everything was going to fall out. 😂 Did anyone else have this feeling naturally or with c-section? 
I’m about to have my second and would like some sort of shorts to wear that will support my tummy to help me get on my feet faster after birth.

I used my husbands compression bike shorts. The extra ball room meant there’s was lots of room for my ice packs and pads. And the compression was great for support. That feeling like everything was dropping was no fun.

I had that feeling too and was not expecting it, just expecting pain. It felt like my insides were going to fall out my bottom when I stood so I barely got up. No help on how to fix it but I'm curious to see if others have good options for if I'm able to have another child .

Get some pelvic floor support/compression shorts. I’ve had 2 vaginal deliveries (my 2nd was a complete breech…surprise!). I had used a belly binder/wrap with my firstborn due to diastasis recti. I tried using it with my 2nd b/c my diastasis had increased with my 2nd pregnancy. Worst idea ever. Sure, it supported my abs, but all the pressure pushed everything down onto my very stretched pelvic floor. It felt AWFUL. Took off the binder & everything improved. I am definitely buying some pelvic floor compression shorts with #3! And I will be seeing a pelvic floor therapist b/c kegels really messed up my pelvic floor. I ended up having incontinence & difficulty pooping b/c I was dedicated to my kegels— too much strength in one muscle group can cause others to suffer. I would wear like a waist trainer. They also give you one at the hospital if you ask for it. & definitely do your kegels after you go pee just sit on the toilet & tighten your vagina & anus muscles for 3-5 seconds then let go & do it like 10 more times. No crossing legs just tighten it like you have to hold your pee & it really helps your pelvic floor

I had an emergency c section but still for sure had exactly what you’re saying because I was pushing for two hours 😅 I used a belly binder but its caused by a weak pelvic floor so I don’t think that would help you.  I’m not sure there’s shorts that would help since it’s an internal issue

I had episiotomy all three deliveries so I wouldn’t want anything too restrictive down there in case of stitches. I wore regular shorts once days after third baby with zipper and button and the crotch part was killing me even through pad it rubbed. I had some postpartum leggings from Motherhood that were really nice, stretchy and comfy but had a compression type high waist band that held things in up there.
