Sex Early Pregnancy

Hi Guys , I’m really stressed out as I read about having sex early in pregnancy and everything said it was fine. So I had sex and after further research people are saying it can cause miscarriages so now I’m really stressed. I’m 6 weeks and love this baby and would never want to put any harm on it . Can someone help ! , I had no pain or spotting
