Alt methods of birth control. Spermicide and pullout?

Hey guys,

I have a question. I'm not on birth control because docs cant get an IUD to fit in me and all the hormone stuff usually results in me having really bad anxiety attacks after a few months of taking them. My BF and I always use condoms but I am trying to think of alternative birth control methods too. Anybody have any advice? I was thinking maybe spermicide and pullout method on a day of low fertility, but is that a bad idea and are there other methods out there besides the hormones based stuff? Thanks in advance!
