Cross posting because I’m desperate for help! Vag cyst?

Hey all looking for anyone who can relate. I have a hard bump near my vagina. It’s not on the labia but literally going into my vag. I can see it which a mirror and it’s about 4/5mm with a white color under the surface like a zit under the skin. It’s definitely red near it but maybe because I had to pull the skin to look. Has anyone else had something like this? I’m married and not concerned about STDS but I was thinking a cyst or something?

Follow up: will that go away on its own? I have an appointment next week with the gyno. I googled that and it looked different then what I’m experiencing
