I have been exclusively pumping/ breastfeeding now going on 7 months and for the past 4 months i’ve only been getting 1-3 oz each pump so i’ve been having to supplement with formula and tonight i am feeling soo guilty and emotional because i want to stop but only because it’s soo exhausting and no matter what i do i never get more milk 💔
