Anyone else out of breath very often ? Lol 11 weeks along

Whether I’m just walking in the grocery store, or taking a shower, or just sitting. I’m constantly having to stop and catch/take deep breaths or just feel like I’m breathing so heavily. 😂

Definitely,  I'm out of breath just talking too much LOL 
And I used to run and power walk every morning and climbing hills like it was nothing. Now I need a break just walking from my car to the store door

Omgoodness I was like WTH....granted I'm a plush mommy to be but I typically can still handle my business okay but lately my breathing feels sooo heavy after any type of walking it was a little scary. I have asthma and my doctor gave me a new inhaler but I dont want to use it because of my little dumpling cooking....🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I was dying when I went for a walk with a friend the other day. So out of breath 🤣
I've been really sedentary for almost 3 months now though, I've been super sick, I was on bedrest, then light duty so my cardio is 〽️
