Failed clomid

Well the first round of clomid didn't work for me.  But I did ovulate my pogestrone came back a 10.  After this round I'm taking a break I have a lot of things going on in my life that I really think it's all stressing me out.    Found out my grandmother has stage 4 cancer and I kind of put her first before my life.   And with all this going on it makes it difficult to plan a baby.     Anyways I did start the second batch and messed up the first couple day was to take 2 pills to make it 100mg for 3-7 days of my cycle and I only took 1 pill not realizing.   My PA said to just continue the rest of my cycle days with 2 pills that it shouldn't effect me!    Anyone have any helpful tips for me.   I need all the encouraging tips I can get.   Also I will be starting my ovulation test next week on a Tuesday.     I have a wisdom teeth removal at the end of the month shouldn't be on a ovulation day.   Would this effect me?
