Question about gestation diabetes

Okay, so I failed my one hour test and haven't taken the three hour yet so I don't know if I have gd for sure, but I've also measured 4 weeks ahead since 24 weeks, so I'm measuring 32 weeks at 28 weeks... My doctor did an ultrasound on Monday and The tech said that baby girls belly was bigger probably because of the sugar. I'm really worried about it...I haven't gotten to talk to my doctor about it yet...has anyone else had this?
