Sex after normal delivery???

I just had a baby and might have sex ... But scared. Some of my friends told me that it feels like first time... And it's dry and hurts. Any advise

Sex is not recommended for at least 6 weeks. It can cause trauma, delay healing and create infections, some of which can be serious enough to affect your fertility forever. If you are past this date buy some water based lube. No need to get back to it until your comfortable. Any man who doesn't get that doesn't deserve you.

You know your body best. I've waited the 6 weeks before and glad I did on my first few pregnancies. But my last one I felt ready within a week. It wasn't my husband pressuring me either! If you do, just take it slow and see how it goes. It was fine for me and no damage was done
