Blood in discharge. Please help

Hi everyone, so for the first time this happened when I had sex with my boyfriend like on the 26th of Feb (15 days ago), the day after sex(maybe a bit too hard) together with my discharge came out also a bit of fresh red blood, I was 5 days before my period, it went on for 1 day and stopped (not bleeding but just clear discharge with streaks of blood). Then everything was okay and we’re in a long distance relationship so I came yesterday to meet him, we had sex again and this happened again and happens everytime after we have sex, not henorrhage blood but all clear discharge and streaks of blood or when we don’t have sex the discharge comes out as yellowish tinged (like on the very last days of your period). We’re monogamous, he’s never had issues with STDs and that time that I bled was the very first time that we had sex without a condom. My discharge is clear, no smell, nothing else. I also had a pregnancy test the day before my period it obviously was negative and my period was normal. I’m doing a vaginal swab tomorrow just in case.

Can this be micro trauma that wasn’t healed last time? Should I worry? I have no pain during intercourse, no smell, nothing else. Im freaking out 🥺
