Favorite Vitamins??

What are y’all favorite/go-to prenatal vitamins & where do you get them?? i need to start taking them asap and don’t know where to start!

My OB recommended I take a multivitamin prenatal and make sure it has DHA and folate because those are most important. I'm currently taking the One A Day brand.

I take NatureMade prenatals since it is USP certified. I buy them at Sam's Club.

My OB gives me a prenatal prescription. You might ask your doctor if there is one they suggest.

I use the Naturelo Prenatals. My OBGYN checked it out and said they were good. I also take the Omega 3 supplement from the same brand for DHA :)

Also “ritual” - available in Amazon. Nice subtle lemon hint. Non gmo, less pricey compared to Fullwell. I hear: as long as it had folate (not folic acid) you’re good
