Think I might be pregnant but weary

My cycles are usually 28-29 days long but this month i’m on cycle day 33 with no period yet. I’m officially 2 days late according to flow but I’ve had mild period like cramps for the last 3 days which makes me weary to take a test. For reference a took a test about a week ago that came out very negative so i’m just scared to take another one and see another negative. I have had some minimal spotting too but only after intercourse. I don’t know what to think! Has anyone gone through something similar? Baby dust ☺️
