Is my boyfriend being unreasonable?

I have a habit of repeating things I’ve already said before and forgetting I’ve already told the story. I think it’s an anxiety thing
But every time I do it my boyfriend goes ‘omg I know you’ve already told me’ in a really rude way and it upsets me

My husband repeats things multiple times, all the time. Some days my patience is running thin and I let him know “you’ve told me this before” and it comes off ruder than I mean for it to. When that happens I always apologize because I know he doesn’t mean it. 
I understand that listening to your SO tell you the same thing over and over again can get irritating, especially when it happens frequently. However, it’s not that you mean to and he shouldn’t be making you feel bad about it on purpose.

I have memory issues from when I had covid before vaccines came out. With memory related issues or no bad intent story retelling, I think it’s a douche move for your partner to get this annoyed with you over an innocent thing. If someone is excited about something, I do my best to not be a party pooper about it

My boyfriend repeats himself and tells me stories at least 6 times before he can really remember he’s told me before. Sometimes I’ll feel a little frustrated inside cause I’m like stfu but I love him and when he tells stories he does sounds and hand gestures and it’s actually super cute. I couldn’t imagine getting so annoyed tho that I’d aggressively shut his story down,  like it literally doesn’t affect him in the slightest to hear one of your stories more than once so I’d ask him what gives. It’s not like you intentionally do it and as far as you know you’ve never told him before and when he shuts it down I know that feeling of your excitement just feeling completely crushed cause that’s the man you love and you want him to be interested and listen to you yk. I’d definitely say it’s an issue yall need to talk about cause if it upsets you that’s all that matters.

Alot of doctors on here diagnosing this lady.... did you not read she has anxiety. Why are you trying to tell her she has ADHD? there are so many different symptoms of anxiety and depression. Not everything has to be ADHD.

I do the same thing and my other half's tells me you told me this before or I know the story I just brush it off and I don't take it to heart

Yeah I think that's kinda rude. 
Some people seem to have a lower tolerance for information being repeated? I don't know why, but to a degree I am like that, as far as movies or speeches, etc. But I actually like when people repeat themselves because I may not actually remember a thing due to ADHD, or they often reveal new information when a conversation comes up repeatedly. 
I would never be mean about someone repeating something to me. People constantly do that! I think that's how most of us operate. 
I repeat the same things plenty, but my partner has a terrible memory so they won't remember anything. It's kinda nice, I can tell them the same stories and it's always news to them. 
Apparently in the past, people took offense to their bad memory, but it's not personal. Some people have different types of memory issues.

He know you have anxiety. If he was a nicer person he wouldn’t even say that even if he was annoyed
