Diarrhea before labor… did it happen to you?

I’m 38w3d and I’m experiencing cramping this morning which has turned into loose stool. I googled it and it said I could be days away from labor as it’s preparing my body for it.
If this is true, did anyone who has had their baby experience this before going into labor? How long after this happened did labor happen? Thanks!

I was going through this for about a week starting at 37 weeks and I'm 39w+3d today. I've been 1cm dilated since 37 weeks. Diarrhea can mean labor will happen soon or not for weeks.

Had my baby yesterday 37 weeks and 3 days had that and was 6cm when I got to the hospital and contractions

I had very frequent bowel movements throughout my 37th week and loose stool at 37+5 twice in one day. I’m 38+3 now.. no baby yet 😔
