Am I being Selfish?

My partners (23M) (22F) and I (20F) are are trying to have a baby. I brought up the topic of wanting kids to my mom a few days ago and she said we were being selfish. She said it was selfish because both of my partners already have a baby, and that I'm being a homewrecker and a whore. I'm not sure how to feel about it but I've taken a few pregnancy tests and all of them have been negative. I told both of my partners and they both don't think I'm being selfish, or a homewrecker.

I just need a little bit of advice
