I currently have 2 kids with my baby’s father I have a 2 year old and I’m currently pregnant w his second . He also has 2 other kids with another women which are older they are 7 and 5. He pays child support for his other kids but won’t even help w my son financially at all i work a full time job and I pay all the bills he has never helped once . We live in different states he lives in CA and I live in IN . My question is if I file for child support would he have rights as well ? Would I even get anything for child support?
