Placenta partially tear from uterus. Anyone?

Hello everyone I was wondering if anyone else has been through this? I am 15 weeks with my second and I woke up in the middle of the night and I was bleeding. I didn't sleep cause of my worry and anxiety but I went into the doctor and they did a ultrasound on the baby and the heartbeat was great and baby was moving all around!! They seen on the ultrasound that it was a small tear and that I could go on with my life and just try and take it easy and have no intercourse for awhile to let everything heal. On the ultrasound it was already clotted so i would pass that in the next few days. It was scary forsure but wanting to see if anyone else went through this?
