What Instagrams, blogs, YouTube channels, etc tell a positive story about motherhood? Somehow all my feeds are of the variety that acknowledge that motherhood can be difficult, that we carry a large mental load, that many of us feel we are drowning, etc. While that is all wonderful and has its place, it leaves me internalizing only the message that my job as a stay at home mom is soooo hard and burdensome. I'd like something in my feed that shows how easy, fun, pleasurable and what a privilege it is to be a (stay at home) mom!
