Vitamin D 600IU
So I had blood work done and was told i was low on vitamin d and to start taking Vitamin D 600iu . The problem is I can never find vitamin d 600 iu. All they have is 10000 ,2000 no less . Not even 200iu.
Do they even have Vitamin D 600iu?? Any suggestions on what to take other than pills ?
