Has anyone had a laparoscopic surgery done?

I’m getting a laparoscopic surgery done next month. I’m so nervous but hoping this will give me some answers. 
We’ve been trying for 6 years now for our first child I’m turning 32 next month and my husband is 36 , I want to start really trying to figure what’s going on, Been to multiple fertility doctors that ran every test you can think of on me and checked my husbands sperm and blood work everything came out just fine. We tried an IUI, but no success so they recommended IVF which we can’t afford. So my last option is to do a laparoscopic surgery maybe it can clear some stuff up to get things moving. Has anyone had any success after a laparoscopic surgery? Any tips or heads up to be prepared for surgery?

I’ve had two, it’s not so bad, does hurt but not as much as having a big incision

I had it in February 2020 for suspected endometriosis after years of infertility. The surgery and recovery wasnt too bad. Prepare your space ahead of time at home. I laid in bed for 2 days without moving much, and then was about 50% and the 75% and then back to 100 percent over the next 3 days. The actual incisions were quite small. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I had laparoscopic surgery a few times due to endometriosis in my late teens. Recovery is minimal and surprisingly I got pregnant after 2 months of seriously tracking things
