19 month naps 🤦♀️
My 19 month old has been on 1 nap since around 15 months and was consistently napping around 2 hours. Since last week, he continually wakes up after 40 min! But is clearly still tired/upset. Pretty sure we are going through the 18 month regression and some teething but just looking for insight if anyone else went through this and did your LO’s naps return to normal or is this my new normal? 😣😣😣 TIA!!
