I need help!

Clearly my test says I’m pregnant even if it’s faint. NOW, I got my period last month for literally a day and a half and it went away. Then I was late this time around 2 days so I checked if I was pregnant and yes I am, I have a faint line. Few hours later I get what I think is my period, but it’s very light not normal like usually , today I took a test with my first morning pee and yeah positive again. Any opinions or tips?? I even scanned it on the little first response second opinion app to see if I’m pregnant and yes it scanned that I was 😭
