Too early for symptoms? Could things still go south?

Im 10 dpo today and got a very faint BFP this morning. I've been having a dull ache in my uterus all day. In addition I've been super gassy and been having heart burn, two things I never get, not even with AF. Could she still rear her ugly head? I know the only real way to know is to be patient, but I can't!
