Still Bleeding at 10 weeks PP?

So like the title says I’m still bleeding at 10 weeks pp after having baby #3. It’s not enough to fill a pad, but I occasionally have very small gushes of blood. Most days it’s pink spotting. At 7 weeks pp the blood was finally changing to a light brown, but after my husband and I tried to have sex I started bleeding again. I’m stumped. This didn’t happen after having my other girls.

I reached out to my midwife and am waiting to hear back, but wanted to check here and see if anyone had a similar postpartum experience. 🤷🏼‍♀️
