Spotting
I have noticed I spot for one day, the same day every month. It always happens 5-11 days after the last day of my period. According to my period tracking apps, it's just before my "fertile window" or the first few days. Could the spotting just be a change in hormones? Is it something I should be worried about? I've never had spotting between cycles before.
