Anyone feel less pregnant some days vs others?

I had an appointment 2 days ago and heart baby’s heartbeat. Got NIPT results and everything came back great.

Idk why today I’m so anxious. My bump seems significantly smaller today compared to other days (3rd pregnancy so I showed a lot sooner), and I also felt really uncomfortable today. Had some mild like cramping in the afternoon. Is all of this normal?
