Could my pregnancy be causing me to be more lovey on my partner?

My partner and I have had a few ups and downs. It’s kind of complicated to explain because we’re not exs yet we haven’t been treating each other as if we’re together. We’ve discussed officially being done and co parenting exc. (this would be our second child.) I really love him and he’s expressed to me how much he loves me and wants things to work. Lately we’ve been so close and mushy it almost feels too good to be true. I’m wondering if the pregnancy is clouding my judgement? I just feel so sure that we can make it thought this. Have any of you gon through this?
